1st january 2008
YAYS!!!
its the new year already.
haha.
gosh still have not exactly gave alot of thought to my new year resolutions.
hmmms.
RAHrahRAH!!!
while MOST people was out partying the night away and waiting for that crucial last 10 seconds of 2007 and welcoming the first few seconds of 2008
i was so pathetic.
haha.
SERIOUS!!
i dint even countdownactually.
much less watched the counting down on channel 5 at vivocity
so while my parents were counting down
ina rather unique way
by watching korean drama serials
i was watching my
THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA dvd.
HAHA.
unique right?
and i was totally absorbed into watching the movie that i
almost forget its 12 already.
haha.
and when the sms-es started pouring in and calls came in
then i realised that hey
2008 is here.
and it is going to be an extremely fast year.
so guess my counting down was not that special or interesting
oh by the way
i live near the sea
and when it was 12
all the ships started blowing their horns
rather deafening but it is only once a year that you get to hear this.
haha.
so on the first day of new year
what did i do?
well..
i watched
I AM LEGEND
interesting and touching.
if you guys watched the show already
i kinda cried at the part where his daughter and wife left in the helicopter
and he was crying and the whole family was crying.
very sad.
dunno why the tears just fell.
and sam the dog was so loyal to robert neville(will smith)
and sacrificed his life for him.
it also makes me realised that a ray of sunshine can make a whole lot of difference in this show.
it got me thinking that all we need in life sometimes
is just a simple ray of hope.
be it if we want to grab that ray of hope and treasure,cherish it and make the
most out of it or to just let it go.
hmmms..
getting a bit far fetched already.
oh yea. my last post i said i won something from radio right?
well i went down to mediacorp which was at toa payoh
by mrt and bus
and guess what??
the gifts were not there yet
and i couldnt collect it.
so made a wasted trip down there.
crap.
so have to ask my father to help me get it.
shoot!!!
yea.
oh yar!
here is my randomly thought up list of resolutions.
1.to do my best as a student
2.to be neater and tidier (haha. )
3.to be more independent and mature in thinking
4.to be able to pass in piano exam
yea.
that's all i can think of for now.
haha
when i get a clearer picture guess i will post it.
